OfficeMax Elf Yourself Campaign is Back

The OfficeMax Elf Yourself Campaign is Back. To create your elf you:

1.) upload a photo of your own, or you can pull one down from Facebook.
2.) Once your photo is in, you can drag and adjust the picture so your face is centered on the Elf.
3.)Next you mark where you mouth corners are
4.) Then you select one of the dance.
5.) You can email the elf or share it on facebook
6.) And last but not least, you can download your elf to a mug or other item.

You can create up to five elves. OfficeMax worked with JibJab to pull this off.

The steps are pretty easy and it's well worth it. The dancing elves are super funny.

DVD Storage Solutions

Best DVD Storage Solutions

Author: Mike Bromley

The best DVD storage solutions are inevitably, the ones that work best for you and your family. For example, if you have small children, you may opt for a completely different storage system for your DVDs than someone who is single. If you want your DVDs to make a decorative statement, then you will choose a storage system that is vastly different than if you just want them organized and out of the way. As you can see, there really is no right way to store your DVDs; it depends on your lifestyle and it may depend on your budget as well.

The first thing you will want to do when you are considering the best DVD storage solutions is to consider your family situation, lifestyle, and budget. If you have very young children and have quite a few DVDs for them, you may want to consider storing the actual DVDs in a binder or wallet. Then you can display the cases at the child’s eye level and when they want to watch a DVD they can bring you the case and you can retrieve the DVD from the binder. This way, you won’t have to worry about small hands smudging the DVDs. This system can actually work well for all families but it is especially useful for those families with small children. This is also a great way to monitor which movies your kids are watching. If they have to come to you to get a DVD then you can be assured they are only watching parent approved movies.

If you have a large library of DVDs you will want to store them where you can easily see the titles. This can be accomplished in a variety of ways. You can simply purchase one shelf that will hold all of your DVDs or you can purchase a variety of drawers that will hold them as well.

For those who want to incorporate their DVD collection into their décor, there are a variety of ways you can do this. You can purchase standalone DVD towers in a variety of sizes and motifs or you can opt for one of a variety of wall décor DVD storage solutions. There are numerous modern designs that will hold hundreds of DVDs or you can opt for a smaller one to highlight a special collection. Whichever method you choose, it can actually be fun organizing and storing your DVD collection and you will notice far fewer scratches and smudges as well.
