Honda Unveils Walking Machine - Robotic Walker

Honda created robotic legs that are designed to support body weight and help making walking and climbing steps easier. It is supposed to also reduce stress on the knees and help when you have to stay in a crouched position for an extended period of time.

Honda said they designed it with the thought of the robotic legs being used by factories workers when performing everyday tasks in an assembly line. They also said it could be useful for people standing in long lines or people who make deliveries (ie. Postal Service, UPS, Fedex, etc.). Personally, I would like to see if I could sneek them under my sweatpants and enter the olympics.

Honda's robotic legs are supposed to be available commercially at some point (price unknown). Honda is supposed to begin using them in their factories next month.
