It was announced recently that the Salvation Army and JCPenney have launched an online Angel Giving Tree program. The new online version of the program will allow site visitors to adopt an Angel and then shop for the needy child or Senior this Holiday Season. The Angel Giving Tree program has been in existence for 40 years.
